Acro Classes for Beginners to Advanced
Our acro dance classes cater to a wide range of skill levels, from beginners (Acro 1) to advanced (Acro 4). Acro combines dance with acrobatic elements, focussing on strength, flexibility and technique.
In our beginner Acro 1 classes, dancers learn the acro fundamentals while developing body awareness and core strength to ensure safe and proper execution. As dancers progress through the levels, they will learn more advanced acro skills, including tucks, walkovers, backward walk-overs, handsprings and aerial movements. For those interested in furthering their acro training, we also offer pathways to join our competition troupe.

At the end of the year, we invite all dancers to participate in our annual showcase. This event allows dancers to perform routines they've learned in class and share their progress with family and friends. Participation in the showcase is entirely optional, but it’s a great way to demonstrate the skills and choreography taught throughout the year.
